Starbuck's TV advertisements seem to pay a lot more attention to where the coffee came from whereas Costa seem to be more interested in how their customers enjoy it. I also found some examples of this in supermarkets. Costa had branched out and made coffee for people to have in their homes which contradicts the point that they want to draw people into their coffee shops to buy as they have made it possible for people to have their coffee in the comfort of their own homes.
